For technical support, include the client you use, the public endpoint or page URL, the time of the problem and the error message. For a correction, include the canonical URL, the disputed statement or data point and a supporting source. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens or private conversations.

The Index publishes measured citation observations and public research. Support does not sell editorial placements or guarantee future citations.
